Canvas LMS

Tools used:
  • Canvas
Here is a example of a course on canvas that I developed and managed. Many of the courses I create include warm-up activities, videos, graphics, projects, discussions and formal/informal assessments.

Assessment

Tools used:
  • Formative
This assessment was created for second graders to show their math skills on a specific topic. Formative has allowed me to create many assessments that meet the needs of a variety of students whether they are independent readers or not. It also allows students to show their knowledge in multiple ways. As an educator, it is my goal to ensure that information and assessments are accessible to all students.

Creative Assessment

Tools used:
  • Seesaw (LMS)
This is a type of assessment I have assigned to my students to show their knowledge. The objective was to retell key story events. This creative method helps children be engaged in the activity and excited to show what they know.
